Reach, Reflect, Connect

Our Mission

Through God and unconditional love, we endeavor to reach, bless, and support the less fortunate and homeless by restoring purpose and provision for those in need in our community and communities around the world.

Our Story and Heart to Bless

Founded in 2007 by Jessica Wagoner as Blessings Under the Bridge, our organization has grown far beyond its beginnings. In 2023, we became Blessings and Beyond, reflecting our expanded mission and reach.

Our heart and focus center on our Blessed Program, creating specially made backpacks or duffle bags that serve struggling individuals, children, and families in our city—including individuals from diverse backgrounds, veterans, and victims and survivors of domestic violence—who are facing significant hardships. Through our growing food pantry, we provide Blessed Food Boxes to individuals and families through a partnership-based referral system. To support or sponsor a direct need contact Michelle Allen at [email protected].

Since 2019, we have also partnered with Bowdish Middle School to provide grab-and-go food items and fulfill special requests for students and their families. From 2023 to 2025, we also prepared and provided more than 500,000 meals for local shelters, helping meet critical needs across our community. Contact us today at [email protected] if you are interested in volunteer opportunities.

In addition to these efforts, we have developed a new, exciting project to further impact our community. This is the R|R Smart Locker Solution, a patent-pending biometric fingerprint locker equipped with a built-in mailbox and power outlet. This one-of-a-kind resource is designed to help individuals rebuild and restore their identity, and all profits generated from the R/R Smart Locker directly support and sustain our mission. Contact Robert Martin at [email protected] .

We also offer opportunities for groups and businesses to sponsor meal-packing events or volunteer in a variety of community events. Your sponsorship, support, and donation play a vital role in helping us continue this work, and we would be honored to have you partner with us and be a key part of blessing others in our community.
