For the last 13 years, Heather Broom, the Troop Leader of Liberty Lake Girl Scouts, and her girls have made 100-200 socks of love every year in February! Each sock is filled with hygiene products by the same girls who joined the troop 13 years ago! For years, these socks blessed our homeless friends under the bridge, and as we went beyond the troop stayed with us! Now these socks go into our special, blessed bags to bless women, children, and trauma victims! Heather’s girls in the troop, including her own daughter, are headed to college! I’m beyond blessed by each of these girls who have grown from little girls to adults!Bless you, Heather and the girls! We love and appreciate every single sock!
