Giving Back Spokane is a partner and friend in the Greater Spokane community with a mission of shining light in dark places. As the school year will quickly come to a close, Giving Back Spokane has identified the need for kids to receive support during the summer months. In partnership with Bite2Go, they are preparing by raising funds to send weekly bags of food home throughout the summer. They have described this as a new effort to help fill the gaps in summer student meal programs: $30,000 can help 500 kids all summer $60,000 can help 1,000 kids all summer $90,000 can help 1,500 kids all summer Blessings and Beyond has joined Giving Back Spokane in this effort by contributing $1,000 on Apr. 23, 2024.
